Nevertheless, we apply the privacy practices set out below as a matter of good business hygiene and as a reflection of how we believe users' information should be handled. We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to support service continuity, dispute resolution, and our internal recordkeeping. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

What we can provide: Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of your user profile data (the same information accessible from your account dashboard). We are not always able to provide copies of conversation history.

These commitments are made voluntarily. They reflect how we choose to handle user information rather than a statutory obligation we are subject to.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to support the functionality of the Services, remember your preferences, and collect usage data. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.
